Can I see my design before it's printed?

Yes, if you'd like to. Check ‘Send me a design preview’ when you personalize. We'll email your design before we print it, which adds about a day. If you'd like something changed, just let us know.

What kind of photo works best?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your pet easy to see. The original photo (not a screenshot) is usually best.

What if my photo isn't good enough?

We can work with 99% of photos. If we think yours won't turn out beautifully, we'll reach out and help you choose a better one.

What size should I choose?

The size guide shows all three above a sofa, to scale. Sizes are the canvas, width × height, and can vary by about ⅛ in.

How does the framing work?

Your portrait is printed on a coated cotton and polyester canvas and set in a pinewood frame, in black, white or natural. The frame is 1.75 in deep and the sawtooth hanger comes attached.

Shipping & delivery

Every portrait is made to order. Production usually takes 2–4 days, followed by 3–6 days for delivery. Choosing a design preview adds about one day.
