Overview
Welcome to Printed Love. "We," "us," and "our" mean Printed Love Gifts. We run this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Printed Love is powered by Shopify, which lets us provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies they mention, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Using the Services
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information when you order or create an account, and to keep your account details secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
2. Our products
We work hard to show our products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary from what you see on your screen because of your device and settings. Every piece is made to order, so small differences in color, placement, and texture are normal. We may change or stop selling a product, and limit quantities, at any time.
3. Your photos and personalization
Many of our products are made from photos and details you give us. By uploading a photo or entering personalization, you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it
- The photo and text don't infringe anyone else's rights and aren't unlawful, hateful, or harmful
You give us permission to use your photo and details only as needed to create a design preview, make and ship your order, and give you support. We may decline or cancel an order if a photo or text breaks these rules. You keep ownership of your photos. We may ask your permission before sharing your piece anywhere, such as on social media.
Please review your photo, design, name, and shipping address carefully before you pay. We make each piece from what you submit, and we're not responsible for mistakes in the information you provide, such as a blurry photo or a misspelled name. If something looks off after you order, contact us right away.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it for any reason, and your order isn't accepted until we confirm it and receive your payment. If we cancel or change an order, we'll try to tell you using the email, phone number, or address you gave us. Because every piece is made just for you, we usually can't change or cancel an order once it's in production. Returns, reprints, and refunds follow our Refund Policy and 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. You agree that your purchases are for personal use, not resale.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and promotions can change without notice. You'll pay the price in effect when you place your order, shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Prices don't include shipping or taxes unless we say so. Promotions may have their own terms, which apply if they conflict with these Terms. You confirm that the payment information you give us is accurate, that you're allowed to use it, and that you'll pay the charges for your order.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once we hand your order to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you. Details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including our name, logo, designs, text, images, and reviews, belong to Printed Love or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Services without our written permission.
8. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, idea, photo, or other feedback, you give us a free, worldwide, perpetual right to use it to run, improve, and promote the Services. You confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it's honest and doesn't break the law or anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Third-party tools and links
The Services may include tools or links from third parties, such as photo upload, reviews, and chat. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
10. Errors
Sometimes our site may contain mistakes in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We may correct them and cancel affected orders, even after you've placed one.
11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass anyone, send spam, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
12. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits your rights under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee or any rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Printed Love, Shopify, and our respective partners, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that come from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or someone else's rights, or the content you submit.
14. Relationship with Shopify
Printed Love is powered by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly with Printed Love, and Shopify isn't responsible for any aspect of them, including any injury, damage, or loss from the products or services we sell. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.
15. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also handles some personal information, as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
16. Termination
We may end or limit your access to the Services at any time. You'll still owe any amounts due up to that point. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including those on intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law.
17. General terms
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up. These Terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between you and us. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, but we may transfer ours. Headings are for convenience only.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. You and Printed Love agree to the courts located in Texas for any dispute.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the Services after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
